Does everyone in my household need to pay?
What does "unlimited" actually mean?
On Max there is no plan limit on items, areas or members, and tasks are never limited on any plan — you'll never be asked to upgrade to add one more.
To keep every home fast and reliable, each home does have technical ceilings that apply on every plan: currently 200 items, 200 areas, 50 members, 1,000 open tasks and 10 active API keys. They're set well above what a household realistically needs. If you ever reach one, the app simply says "Maximum reached" — there's nothing to buy.
